The cycle route starts from San Vito dei Normanni and finish in Fasano, from Lecce, reaching the towns of Salento, Otranto and Gallipoli, then back up to Manduria and reach the valley Itria, and Alberobello, the city of TRULLI, and Matera.
The first day, yo will arrive individually at the airport of Salento Brindisi, where you will meet our guide who will transfer you to your hotel. The seventh day of BIKE CYCLING you will pedaling towards GIOIA DEL COLLE homeland of LATTICINI and MOZZARELLA, to climb the hills of Puglia from Castellana Grotte until SELVA DI FASANO and get off in the direction FASANO.
